Interior architecture package
The full interior architecture package offers clients more than a restyling project; this includes renovation work, internal structural changes and extensions to properties . We can manage your entire property renovation from the concept stage through to final completion.
A typical process includes
Consultation: Meet with the client, review the project brief and discuss the scope of works to be carried out and costed for approval.
Cost proposal: On review of the briefing and scope of works, a cost proposal is compiled which details the scope agreed. Once
the costs have been agreed a contract is drawn up and signed before any work can take place. An Invoice is submitted for the first deposit payment.
Concept/design & styling: Set of concept/material mood boards for each area are collated to present to the client for approval.
Interior space planning: Any refurb /structural works or layout changes to a space will involve space planning drawings until the desired layout has been agreed with the client. Depending on the level of structural work an architect may need to be appointed to
sign off drawings.
Furniture layout: Furniture layout drawings are created in Vectorworks and presented to the client for approval.
Interior architecture drawing pack: This is a full drawing package of the design intent for any interior changes that a contractor
will need to price. This could include bathroom elevation drawings/ kitchen proposals/ joinery details/ lighting layouts/ floor plans/ landscaping proposal etc. Some elements, depending on the scale and complexity of the job, will need to be signed off by a
specialist consultant.
Selection of hard & soft finishes: Hard material finishes such as floor finish, wall finish, kitchen, bathroom finishes etc are selected and approved by the client. Soft finishes such as window treatments, bedding and upholstery are also selected and approved. This spec can be left with the client to order themselves or can be part of the interior design package to procure/deliver and install.
Selection/sourcing & install of furniture: Furniture & accessories are narrowed down and sourced from suppliers to best depict the mood boards that were presented. Once the client is happy with all the selected items they will be ordered. Items will be delivered at an agreed time with client - some items may need to go into storage if all needs to be installed in one go. Once Items are delivered it will be dressed and styled for handover.
Trade / contractor coordination: Overseeing the workmanship and fit out by the contractor to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard.
Project delivery: Overseeing site progress of the job to ensure it is delivered on time and in budget. Handover will be carried out with the contractor appointed.
